Below is a list of our IP Addresses, Sending Domains, and URLs for safelisting purposes

We recommend that bypass rules for the SATT service are placed above any conflicting rules. It is advised to set these rules as close to the top as possible.  

CSA Sending IPs

Please note that we strongly suggest safelisting via IPs as these values are rarely updated/changed however Sending Domains can frequently change causing issues to safelisting based on Domains.

For any IP Safelisting that requires a CIDR Notation, please use "/32" for all of our IPs, e.g. "178.17.44.178/32".

Sending Domains

The following domains are what appear in the headers of the emails we send. If these are safelisted, any email we send from our phishing system should get through.

We have the ability to spoof most domains so that the email appears to come from somewhere else but actually it is coming from one of these domains.

CSA Simulated Phishing URLs

Some web filters may block the URLs to our Simulated Phishing Websites. These are used at several stages throughout the service. In order for the service to run smoothly, our URLs will need to be safelisted within any Web Security Solutions you have in place. 

Due to the nature of our service and the constant rotation of new and existing URLs we recommend getting in touch with your technical account manager and asking for the list of current URLs used within your Campaigns.
